In a topsy-turvy world, where everything feels a little off balance, we believe in finding magic in the things we love, and for me, that magic comes from cake.
Caking is my superpower. It’s how I bring beauty, joy, and a little wonder into the world. Through sugar flowers, buttercream textures, and edible artistry, I’ve found a way to turn imagination into something tangible, sweet, and unforgettable.
This whimsical production, inspired by the curious and colorful world of Alice in Wonderland, was one of the most monumental projects we’ve ever taken on. Every floral element, yes, all of them, was either handcrafted from sugar or piped with buttercream. From towering cakes that didn’t look like cakes at all, to delicate sugar blossoms that seemed to bloom right out of a dream, each detail was meticulously created by hand.
What made this experience even more incredible was the collaborative effort behind it. I am constantly in awe of the talent that exists right here in our small but mighty island. The production team was outstanding, and the level of creativity, dedication, and artistry on display proves that world-class work can be made right here in Cayman.
