Let’s talk about our cakes, because they aren’t just beautiful, they’re real.

We’re often asked if our cakes are made of foam or if the flowers are artificial. The answer? Almost never. Our cakes are almost exclusively 100 percent real, inside and out. And yes, they taste just as good as they look. You can probably tell by the way I’m holding this two-tier beauty… even though it’s small, it’s heavy. That’s what happens when every layer is filled with rich, delicious cake and carefully crafted details.

One of the standout features of our designs is our handmade sugar flowers. These edible blooms are more than just beautiful—they’re also practical. In our warm Cayman climate, fresh flowers can wilt quickly, especially during outdoor events. Sugar flowers hold up perfectly, allowing your cake to remain picture-perfect throughout your entire celebration, whether it’s a beachfront ceremony at noon or an elegant indoor reception.

Our cakes are designed to be admired just as much as they are to be enjoyed, and we’re obsessed with every part of the process.
